How do I download a PCMantra Product?

What does a trial version offer?



	PCMantra provides free trial version of its products. The features in trial version depends upon the product. CleanMantra comes with FULL FEATURES and shall work non stop for 15 DAYS. During this period, the software will work to its full strength. Meanwhile, RegFix Mantra shall have some of its features restricted. The trial version serves the purpose of knowing the functionalities of the software, before making any investments. After the trail period, in order to keep using the software, you are required to buy a license. You can make purchase using the Purchase Section of PCMantra.

How do I purchase a PCMantra Product?



	To get the license of PCMantra software, download the trial version of the software. After you are satisfied with the working of the software in its trial period, get the license from the Purchase Section. To know about the ordering a PCMantra product, see the Payment and Ordering FAQs.

How do I get License after a purchase?



	After the payment has been received, the license key shall be sent through a mail to your email id which you provide during the transaction. The mail shall provide the guidelines to unlock the software. Just follow the instructions carefully and in minutes, you shall be using the complete version of the software.

Delay in Receiving License Mail



	The License Email is sent immediately after the transaction is complete. Please see that your computer or the ISP might be using a Firewall or Spam Mail filter software which might be forbidding the delivery of License Email. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address while purchasing software. If the problem persist, please contact us at support@pcmantra.com

How do I use the License Key?



	It is strongly advisable that instead of typing the key, use the Copy-Paste function to avoid any typo error. Use the license key as described in the email.

What does a License provide me?

The license will entitle you to the following:

One year free of cost software version upgradation.

Life long technical support.

Can I use the same License in more than one PC?



	The license agreement does not allow you to use the software at two different locations using the same license key. Under no circumstances should you use the same license in more than one PC. You have to make a separate purchase for the subsequent usage.

I lost the License key?



	No problems. We shall be happy to provide you with the duplicate key immediately. Send us a mail at support@pcmantra.com (or open a ticket) providing us your Name, registered email id and date of purchase. Please provide us two business days to cross check the details and process your request.

What information should I save for future reference?



	You shall receive an email from PCMantra after the successful processing of your purchase transaction. The details which you provide for the Credit Card transaction shall be sent to you. Please save the email or the contents of email in a safe place for all future reference.
