| Can I use the same License in more than one
PC? |
|
| The license agreement does not allow you to
use the software at two different locations using the same license key. Under no
circumstances should you use the same license in more than one PC. You have to make a
separate purchase for the subsequent usage. |

| I lost the License key? |
|
| No problems. We shall be
happy to provide you with the duplicate key immediately. Send us a mail at support@pcmantra.com
(or open a ticket) providing
us your Name, registered email id and tentative date of purchase. Please provide us two
business days to cross check the details and process your request. |

| What information should I save for future
reference? |
|
| You shall receive an email from PCMantra after
the successful processing of your purchase transaction. The details which you provide for
the Credit Card transaction shall be sent to you. Please save the email or the contents of email
in a safe place for all future reference.
